Longhorn High-Speed VSI Crusher

Our high-speed VSI Crusher effortlessly pulverizes the toughest of materials from 2 inches down to 325 mesh. Ceramics, bricks, chemicals, fertilizers, and many other materials can be reduced in size to meet our customer’s desires.

With the Longhorn manufactured wear parts, we are able to obtain speeds that can not be duplicated with cast iron parts. The Longhorn vertical shaft impactor (VSI), is totally balanced, within 2 grams or less, which includes all of the moving parts of the crusher, thus minimizing the excessive internal wobble and vibration which can cause premature wear and/or failure of lesser quality equipment.
