Our high-speed vibrating screeners are 21st century engineering. Longhorn’s design is patented and of the highest quality in manufacturing processes known within the industry. Our design is not matched anywhere in the world and will screen down to 325 mesh.

The Longhorn Isolator Screener can be stacked with as many decks as need by the user since each deck is completely independent from the others. No center punching of screen sections nor is bar rail rubber required. Each deck is staggered so one gets total screen deck usage, which allows the user to utilize usually wasted space.

Because of our patented technology, we are able to reduce the square footage of screen cloth needed by our competition. Where our competition uses 4′ x 15′ screens, we can use  4′ x 10′. Our vibrating and tension rails are manufactured from 316L stainless steel to meet all corrosive problems our customers might endure, along with FDA.
