Procedure for Arranging Lab Tests

In order for Longhorn to comply with current federal and local RIGHT-TO-KNOW legislation governing toxic and hazardous materials, the following procedure must be strictly adhered to prior to sending any samples to LONGHORN for application lab testing. Our customers should be advised to:

  1. Send a properly completed MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS) to Longhorn Manufacturing, Inc. P.O.Box 469, Ben Wheeler, Texas 75754. Attn. Application Lab
  2. Longhorn will advise if the material is or is not acceptable for testing.
  3. If acceptable, Longhorn will provide a label and identification number.
  4. Forward the accepted material, accompanied by a completed (MSDS), the Longhorn label and identification number to, Longhorn Manufacturing, Inc., Attn. Application Lab, Freight Prepaid, FOB shipping piont.
  5. Shipments received by Longhorn Mfg, without a Longhorn label and Identification Number, will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense.
